WhatsApp Console ("we") provides WhatsApp Console, a service for businesses to use WhatsApp with their customers. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
Give true details, keep your sign-in safe and tell us at once if it is misused. You are responsible for what your team members do. You must be able to enter into a binding agreement for your business.
Plans, lengths and prices are shown before you pay. GST is added as shown at checkout. A plan starts when your payment is confirmed and lasts for the length you bought. Paying again for the same plan adds time after the current end date. When a paid plan ends, your account moves to the free plan's limits and nothing is deleted. Fees are not refundable except where the law requires or we agree in writing.
Each plan has limits (for example on contacts, broadcasts and team members). We may slow or stop actions that put the service or other customers at risk.
You own your data. You allow us to process it to provide the service as described in our privacy policy. You are responsible for having the right to use the contact data you upload.
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or the WhatsApp policies, or that puts others at risk. We will tell you why where we can.
We work to keep the service available but cannot promise it will never be interrupted or error-free. It depends on Meta, internet and payment providers.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and its courts have jurisdiction.
